What you can expect
- Market leading practice with a particular focus on closed-ended private equity and venture capital funds
- Advising leading domestic and global PE and VC funds on complex international fundraisings and strategies
- Representing some of the leading global and local investors in their fund due diligence analyses
- Advising on complex carried interest and other incentivisation structures

What characterizes you
We are looking for a German, UK, or US (or international equivalent) qualified associate with a keen interest in business issues to join our highly motivated and market leading team in Munich. German language skills are not strictly required.
