- You will support our insolvency administrators in the handling of insolvency proceedings and the restructuring and reorganisation of companies of all sizes and sectors
- You provide legal and commercial support for the management of ongoing operations
You negotiate asset deals and other M&A contracts
You check claims according to insolvency law and assert them.

Above average expertise in civil law and business administration
You work independently, autonomously and in a structured way
