Who we are.
We are a commercial law firm that has been established for decades with over 35 team players and is based in Coburg. As a family business, we advise upper medium-sized businesses according to our approach of the five pillars of active design consulting. In doing so, we combine the consistency of our consulting approach developed in 1962 with innovative ways of thinking and the courage to change, making us a forward-looking partner for the people we work with every day.

With us, it is simply up to you to decide whether you would like to be assigned to mandates and thus areas of activity that entail the former or the latter. You can put together a suitable field of activity from the following areas.
Isolated preparation of financial accounts and preparation of annual financial statements
Independent and personal advice to clients
Processing of current tax returns in the corporate and private sector
Participation in external audits
On request: preparation and co-design of advisory services in the areas of tax structuring advice, business management advice, management consultancy and business start-up advice
Other areas of activity that you enjoy and that match your strengths

You have completed vocational training as a tax clerk, tax specialist or accountant (all m/f/d)
